Terms
Last updated 8 October 2026
These are the terms for using the Counterbell demo on this site. By using it, you agree to them.
The demo is provided as is
The demo is free and is a preview of what Counterbell will do. It's provided as is, without any promise that it will be accurate, complete or always available. We may change it, limit it or take it down at any time.
Check every reply before you send it
Analysis and replies are written by Claude, an AI model, and can be wrong. A reply may miss something, misread a message, or say something your business doesn't offer. Always read a drafted reply and correct it before sending it to a customer. You're responsible for what you send.
What you paste in
Only paste in text you have the right to use, and don't paste sensitive personal data. See the privacy page for how the demo handles what you paste in.
Fair use
Each visitor gets 3 analyses and 10 drafted replies a day. Please don't try to get around these limits, overload the service, or use the demo for anything unlawful or harmful.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the demo or relying on what it produces. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Irish consumer law.
The law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. Counterbell is run by Rhys Foley in Dublin. Questions? Email hello@counterbell.ie.
